I be sleepy, up to early and all that but it'll give me a chance to wake up and possibly get some work done before i have to go to the Y to work with Philip. he's my personal insructor there 'shakes head' its kinda nice of him actually as he's not making me pay for helping me. only down side is is my left arms not exactly in the best work out mode.
