It definitely is! I don't have celiac (ye) but it's a preventative thing because I'm diabetic (type 1) and my bloodwork came back a little elevated for that kind of thing
Yeah it's not that it can't be done, it's just trying to find a flour that bakes the same way because baking is science
I already loved Betty Crocker's gluten free brownies so I've been enjoying those
