Dragon Ball Z started anime. It kicked off every young person's love and passion for anime. Sure, the NEW episodes are ridiculous, but the older ones are amazing. Think about it. When it was made, they didn't have the technology we do, so for them to come up with something that amazing, it's pretty sweet. I respect your opinion, though. [:
As for myself, I am watching Azumanga Daioh, and NANA! I am also going to start watching NANA the movie. They actually made one, with REAL human beings. xD
