Happy Almost-Kwanzaa!

I ventured out to shop on Saturday...Surprisingly, I found no need for a helmet and found all that I was looking for!
I was somewhat bitter towards some store employees, though...
There were about 6 persons with store uniforms on, standing together in one aisle, laughing and making fun of somebody...all standing in my way to being able to look for items on the shelves.
I asked, out loud, "So, is this some kind of employee convention?....y'all just standing in the way!"
One of them had the nerve to answer "Yeah!" before they all disbursed to other parts of the store.
I was put off by the fact that 6 people were just standing in the way in the narrow aisle to begin with...but to hear them making fun of somebody and laughing about it publicly just compounded my disgust!
In all honesty, they should feel themselves fortunate that I wasn't a secret shopper or company spy...because I doubt they would have jobs to go back to after Christmas if I were!
On the other hand, the other customers at the store were polite and friendly and smiling....'twasn't a bad experience after all...except, of course, for the total expected at the cash register at check out! haha!

I read somewhere that your family had put a down payment/security deposit on your future apartment home!
I bet you are getting excited!!
