I had though about it while I as having those dreams and couldn't think of anything that was bothering me and would cause me to have them. Unless it was something a little more minor that my subconsious latched onto and blew out of proportion. But I do tend to block out and ignore things that cause me stress so there may have been something that I was putting off as not important.
