Yeah they are these boxes with light that mimics the sunlight. You sit under them for an hour every morning. They are supposed to help with your, and this is spelled so wrong I can't even look it up, cicadian cycles. That way at night you can sleep easier, and wake up at a normal hour. I know people that use them and they seem to help, but wow 200 dollars, for a light? And, they don't even look nice.
