Winter ~ Haha.. well that's just eccentric. There are many people like that here in Southern California. Though I generally will chatter with those that are homeless, because they have such weird conversations. Well, so long as they aren't too of tilt.. or harrassing me for money. I give when and to who I can, not to those that beg annoyingly.
