The next day, Zain woke up some time after noon, his upper body on the floor and the rest of him on his couch. He had a killer headache, but he did a quick scan of the room anyway. It appeared most of his party guests had already left. The few others that liked to party as dangerously as he did were starting to come to as well. It took him a few minutes, but he finally pulled himself to the shower. He pondered what to do with his day. He knew he had some papers to sign and he should probably check his bank accounts to see if any new money had been wired in, but he couldn't possibly deal with numbers today.

Dressing in only a loose pair of black pants, he microwaved some breakfast and lounged in a cushioned chair. He decided that he would spend a few more hours recovering and then he would go bother that Miki girl at the pet shop. He needed to get in one more day of intimidation before the weekend started.
