You could if you were willing to spend hours a day at it almost every day for a few years like I have lol. It often takes me almost a week to get a big complex picture like that >.< .... You practice enough and look at enough guides and are stubborn enough and you can do alot of things.... might take you a few years to get to the place you can but you will eventually lol.
