Super bad. I woke up with my hips and back feeling like they were on fire. It's a little better now. I took Ibuprofen, Dayquil, and a four hour nap. Now I'm just miserable and vaguely sore and headachey. I'm not good and being sick, either. I'm a total baby about it.
