I like the shades in the first one better too - on the neck I mean. The second one doesn't look like it has much shading at all on the neck area XD
If you wanted to have an option up for the males...you could KEEP the boob for the females and make a separate one for males on the male avatar instead of trying to unisex. Whatever you feel :P
