A small town...according to the US Census Bureau in 2009 our population was 22,241. I believe it is more than that now because of all the homes they have been building. But we do have the bloods, crypts, that one with 13 in the name, and then I don't remember what the one one is. Then we have a bunch of minor gangs as well. I'm just glad I live on the "good" side of town.
