You inspect what's below the cloth. A bone saw, a few short-bladed yet very sharp scalpels. Under another you find a few roaches, a dead mouse, and a coiled clear tube and very large syringe.
- Take a scalpel
- Take the bone saw.
- Take the tube and syringe.
- Leave them all alone and inspect the bins instead.
- Leave everything alone and try your luck outside this room
