About a donated layout...no, basically :lol: Something like that takes a lot of high-level coding, would have to be completely bug free and compatible with all browsers, work with all the site's current code which only someone who's an admin has access too, and so many other things...there's honestly not a snowball in hell's chance that we'd use something that a user had put together, it would be too much of a risk.
