Rosalie ignores Lydia's comment. She is tired of talking to her, and she can't really make anything up for the dragoness' comment. Queen's mind isn't really moved by king David's name, although Lydia seemed like one to expect that. Did she even know the king at all like Rosalie did?!
Instead, she focuses on Alex. What hatred his voice had in it! Queen kept on smiling and said with a deep voice: "Know your place, knight, because it isn't among the maids. Let her do her own work, she isn't advicing me about your work!"
