I love garlic cheese breads. But I also don't like them too strong on garlic. I don't like them so weak that they taste like butter bread but too strong of garlic is just. . . . too strong. And yeah, it is very hard to get garlic after-flavor out of your mouth. I"ve found a long lasting mint gum works best.
