Costume Piece Idea: a clown suit. an actual clown suit. White and poofy with big ol polka dots (kinda like THIS, sorry for the bad pic it was the only one I could find)
Or even one like THIS, where it's half polka dots and half stripes (although I like the collar of the first one better)
