I have played a few scary games in my day. F.E.A.R. 2 was by far the most terrifying. I eventually had to play it during the day with the volume off because it freaked me out so much. I didn't affect my friend at all though and he loved it.

Then we both got Dead Space. He freaked out, couldn't handle the monsters. Meanwhile, I loved it and while it was scary, it didn't freak me out like F.E.A.R. XD
