About all I know about powdered non-dairy creamers is that they can create some reeeeeallllly big fireballs (not from personal experience, I'm not that dumb; I watch Mythbusters), and that I'm generally not a big fan of them *shrug*. But then I'm also pretty sure my DNA is made of cheese instead of nucleotides

On the subject of milk substitutes though, one of these days I need to pick up some chocolate soymilk while grocery shopping one of these days. Not for health reasons, but because chocolate soymilk is delicious
