Tall, athletic and blond, Devon has the look for the job. His eyes are a golden brown instead of the blue you would expect from an heavenly being such as a cupid, but his sun-kissed skin and easy smile certainly also fit the bill. While he is still young, his growth is expected to stop in the following decade, a fact he secretly dread. He has no tattoo or scars, but a birth mark in the form of an heart can be found on his right shoulder-blade.

Personality: Devon is in love with the idea of love, but holds mixed feeling about falling in love himself. While his very nature will cause him to get close to various people through his life, he will always feel like his feelings are the price to pay for his loved ones happiness; the fact that he always end up forgetting all about his previous flame only acerbating his feeling of hopelessness when it comes to his own love life. A curious mix of hedonist and fatalist, he will plunge headfirst into romance with the certainty in his heart that things will not end well for him. He can't help it, though, can he?

Hardworking and sociable, he does have a needy side and will get excited over the slightest hint of favor going his way. He has a love for birds, and will always be up for romantic movies, unashamedly going to any sappy chick flick going his way (and often using the time to chat up anyone he find cute in the process should he be 'in need of love' at the moment.

Bio: Cupids are born naturally from human, but are taught the way of their species via dream by Love itself. While their twenty or so first years of life is pretty normal except for the dreams, they gradually feel the need to fall in love and match their own lovers to other mortals, only to 'lose their love' in the process. That traumatic event deprive them of what amount of a powerful drug as well as a food source, and to protect themselves cupids will forget all about their partner in the following hours of a successful love match.

The thing is, at twenty years old, Devon is still new to his 'job', and not only is he still deeply attached to his mortal family, he is also really afraid of falling in love due to the still distressing feeling of vague lost and spots of lost memories he experienced in the last few years, since he started 'matching'. As a result, he is both extremely eager for affection and deeply negative about the outcome of anything romantic he attempt regarding his own life. Of course, his very nature has earned him the reputation of being needy and borderline lusty when it comes to anyone attractive crossing his path (despite cupids actually being made to be deeply faithful to each partner while their romance lasted).
