Although Cian hid his sketchbook, Layland had plenty of time to see the drawing. He found himself staring at it when he first sat down, interested in it despite himself. He still had the other drawing Cian did, tucked away in a folder though he'd meant to throw it away. He told himself he had no reason to though. It wasn't often he saw pictures of himself and he found his ego liking it.

Layland nodded his head and started pulling apart a roll before eating it. "Hello," he said as if nothing strange were going on at all. A few people were turned around in their seats, stealing glances at him and Cian. Layland glared at them until they turned around again. People were too interested in Layland's habits and usual lack of a lunch companion. He looked back at Cian with a calm face that held nothing but a clinical interest. "I was wondering if you were still feeling the effects of the potion today, but I see that you are." He indicated the sketchbook with a wave of his hand. A second later, he pulled out the newest potion. "Drink this."
