No idea. The line came from Grown Ups and the adults had to find a way to explain to the kids what being wasted was and of course they said that getting wasted what happened when you ate ice cream. So one of the kids yells out, "I want to get chocolate wasted."
Hence the line. Something I have carried around since I saw it.
