God why wouldn't anyone just shut up, or at the very least, say something nice. Weren't heroes brought together to save the world supposed to like each other and be friends or something? Of course, Emma couldn't really talk- she hadn't been extremely sweet either, but she certainly didn't act so... so superior as everyone else seemed wont to do. And SHE was British, if anyone had an excuse to act superior, it'd be her. But she certainly was not. It was a waste of time in all honesty. Was she sarcastic? Yes, and a bit of a tease. But at least she wasn't vulgar, or worse, rude.

Emma hadn't intended to be a 'do your own thing' person, but she certainly wasn't fond of listening to orders, from anyone. She had a distinct disdain for those who thought they could order her around. There were reasons for that, but she preferred for everyone to just assume it was due to being an independent woman. Emma found herself largely watching everyone and saying nothing until the blonde, whom she'd later would learn is Harvey, prompted them to introduce themselves. Blue eyes widened when she heard him refer to one of the other women as 'bitch'-- what? What one earth made him think that was appropriate. Granted, the woman he was talking about certainly wasn't friendly, but calling someone on your own team a bitch was a terrible way to start things.

Once he got to her, though, she couldn't help but give him a grin. He thought she was 'foxy'. What a cute term. Looking over to him, she figured that was the cue to introduce herself. "Emma Hamilton". He further continued to introduce himself. Harvey. Such an American name. Wasn't there some comic book character named Harvey? In Batguy or something? Whatever, it didn't matter. He labeled himself at Wrath and at first Emma wasn't so sure about that, he was a bit rude, but certainly not the angry type.

Until he started yelling at everyone to stop what they were doing. She herself was merely standing there, propped against a tree, watching. But it seemed everything the others were doing was aggravating him. Dear god, this was going to be a LONG journey. Harvey seemed like he wasn't going to be shutting up anytime soon. "Goodness why is everyone here so angry constantly? she asked no one in particular as Harvey began to talk about how rude they all were. Finally he moved on to labeling their sins.

When he got to her and labeled her as lust, Emma counted help but smirk at him, pushing herself off the tree and moving towards him. "I believe you're spot on there, Wrath." she said, addressing him by his sin. Her voice had the same sultry lilt in it's undertones. Emma hadn't always spoken like that, but she'd spent so many years doing it by now that it came more naturally to her than any other voice. At least he seemed observant. That was a slightly redeeming quailty.

Clearly he wasn't THAT observant because she very soon watched as his body was swallowed whole by a monster. Quickly, Emma realized she was it's next target- after moving towards Harvey, she was the next closest person. She scrambled backwards, too scared to turn her back on it. Fortunately, she saw it freeze, so close that it's breath moved her hair. Confused, Emma stared at the massive beast stuck right in front of her. She didn't have long to look, however, as everything went white and she heard a clock ticking. What the hell?

A moment later, she found herself on the ground, looking up at the sky before standing up. Everyone was here, in the same positions they'd been in a few minutes earlier. It was as if none of it had ever happened. Before she could open her mouth to ask anyone else, the goddess spoke to them, explaining it all. Well of course, NOW she told them. Emma had to admit, she agreed with the next words that came out of Harv's mouth. She agreed with the woman known only as Pride at the moment, as her name had yet to be spoken.

"Agreed." She said, looking at Harv and Sybille "Why wouldn't she tell us that earlier? Is this a game for her? If they're so serious about us saving the world, why didn't they tell us up front? This seems a bit ridiculous. You can't just leave something like that out!" Emma expressed, looking up at the sky as if Yuera was there. Emma had some words she wanted to say, but she waited for Pride to finish before she said anything.

Emma was surprised when the woman said her name- she herself actually owned several of Ms. Lucier's pieces. They weren't cheap, but Emma had them- she'd received many gifts from her targets. "Well, well, well, it seems even the word's most premier jewelry designer isn't above saving the worlds, hmm?" Emma teased, though her words were not venemous "I must say, I'm a bit surprised someone so famous is here, but I will say I do enjoy your pieces. Particularly your necklaces. They serve me well in my profession." Emma spoke. She knew what her words made her sound like- a very high-priced escort. The reality, of course was much more noble- she was a spy and an assassin, but Emma left that part out- she just really wanted to see the look on Sybille's face when Ms. Pride found out that her jewelry was used by what she thought was a prostitute.

Of course, at this point, the woman was walking away from them. Goddammit, she had about enough of this. And with that, Emma moved to stand in Sybille's way, blocking her path before setting her eyes on them all. "Okay, kiddos- I've got something to say and if Harvey gets to say everything he wants, so do I." she began, her voice taking on a very authoritative tone, a bit unexpected coming from someone who looked like Emma "This is getting completely out of hand. I mean, it's already out of hand, but it's getting worse. I don't know why everyone has decided that automatically hate and don't trust anyone else, but clearly that isn't going to work here. You heard what Yuera said, if any one of us dies, we ALL reset, and the relics keep getting harder and harder to find. I'm assuming you're all intelligent to realize what that means without me having to tell you, but I'm going to remind you anyways because I'm really tired of listening to the bickering." Emma spoke, an exasperated sound to her voice.

"It means we really ought to work together. Obviously, none of us are all that interested in being a team, but this cannot be done any other way. None of us had a choice in this, none of us wanted this, but that's beside the point. Trying to run off and be a hero on our own isn't going to get us anywhere. What happens when a T. Rex finds one of us alone and eats us? We all reset, and it just gets harder. It's just going to keep building like that until we decide to suck it up, and be a team." She continued, looking to everyone's faces "Now that that's out of the way, I think Ms. Lucier has a good idea with the mountains, and I think we should all suck it up and follow her for now."
