It's alright Star. It's a busy time of year. We missed the start of the event because we were at my parents house making cookies & cupcakes. They have a much bigger & nicer kitchen than we do. I think we made about 8 dozen cupcakes yesterday. No idea how many cookies. We only bought a few gifts this year, mostly we baked stuff for people. The few gifts we did get were practical gifts, like my Dad said he needed a new drill so we went in together with my brother & got him one.
I asked for practical stuff for Christmas, like getting my sewing machine repaired & a new coat. My coat sort of got partially destroyed a few weeks ago. It was in the trunk of the car & got against the light & part of it melted. I really did like that coat & it was so warm.
