oh i grew up sort of in the country. but i guess when they're all a pbunch of stuck up rich white goody two shoes with their noses in the air always looking down on the rest of the world and we even had a 9 pm curfew IN TOWN. litterly.. the town turned off all lights at 9 pm. you're not allowed outside after 9. it makes sense that we didn't have fireworks everywhere.
