Hmmm... I think there should be more community involvement days. My town likes to issue the clean up labor to locked up juvenile delinquents or jail people to the job and only earn $1.00 doing it. I have to admit, this town is cleaner than any other ones in the U.S. besides those condos and apartment areas that cost a lot and those cookie cutter houses that I loathe beyond words.

... People have watched scary movies for too long that it doesn't bother them.
You'd think the price would scare them away too! They've raised it 3$ already. It costs 7-8 dollars depending on the brand.
