I don't think you get your money back. It's a raffle, after all. There is a chance that you won't win. At least, I believe that is how it works.

Edit: Yeah, I checked. Not everyone who enters will win, so if you do enter, bare that in mind. It's just like the lottery. You pay for a chance to win. But the price you pay is significantly lower than the value of the items you win, so I think it is well worth it. You can only buy three tickets in each level of the raffle. For instance, only three level one tickets, only three level two tickets, only three level three tickets. Three is the limit per level. You can have up to nine tickets total between all three levels.
