NEW RULE - if you already got art from this thread, there must be at least 5 orders in between your order and the next for you to get a slot. for ex if you were slot 2, you must wait for slot 7 to place another order.
people placing a second order must wait 5 mins to see if any new users make a request. if a new person does speak out - the new person gets the slot, please try and give other people a chance at getting a slot. (:
