Marisa looked at Marzio, her brows knitting anxiously. She hated to admit it, but this time the priest had come up with a tempting offer. If we worked somewhere an entire winter... perhaps we wouldn't have to leave. Maybe it would be a place we could stay... No. She couldn't hope for that. But if they could get a reference... that was in the realm of the possible. But it would be Marzio's decision. Marzio was the practical one.
