Cain huffed, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. Somehow, he didn't think Nick was really listening to him. Or at least, understanding the point. "And why should I go with your escort?" he bit out. He never went anywhere with more than a guide and even then, he just assumed to explore on his own. Listening to another's stories was one thing, but a travel partner was another. Dropping onto his back, he let out another sigh before turning his back on the other man. "Whatever. Just do what you want though. I'm going to take a rest." And if need be, he'd just ignore everything Nick said and set out on his own when he wanted.
