Heh, my front tooth is mainly fake these days. I spent most of my 15 and some of my 16 year old life with a gaping great hole, because "They couldn't do anything about it till I was 16" and then I was on a waiting list.... The only decent thing about it, was when they finally replaced it, it took a bit of work to get it right, but every time I went they gave me cotton covered in an aneasthetic (ok, a few beers and that one left me) gel, which tasted of pina colada. I happen to have a fear of dentists, so they tended to load quite a bit into their needles to keep me calmer. I'd been known to smack my orthodontist in the *ahem* (yes I feel bad, but he did miss my gum with the needle, that's WHY I lashed out like that). I also left there floating, but couldn't control my lip of tongue muscles for about 4hours. XD
I still don't like Dentists. Reassuring, ain't I?
