well yeah, it was to dangerous, which is why they made all the strict guidelines and underage couldn't enter ect ect. they were terrified of it going back to being how it was with students dying. and its sad that its exactly what happened despite their precautions. i mean granted.. it was kind of voldemort's fault and not the triwizard tournament.
