Update on one of the hospital drawings. Modern! Caernson and Idalia, I'm imagining them as part of Jacky's mafia. I mean Caernson is a pirate so it's not hard to imagine him working organized crime in alternate universes. Idalia's not much of a stretch herself either, she uses very questionable tactics to get prisoners to talk and uses horrible methods to kill enemies... She is not a nice lady.
