Catfish is a type of fish here in the south states and you can use. fish fry to make it taste better we used some with lemon. it was wonderful and I don't like okra unless it's fried. same go's for eggplant but I can't say the same for fried tofu it deepens. where I get form at a food place when I chose to eat it.
