For a second Ipo could have sworn that keone looked like she wanted to say something but then she shrugged the thought away. Whatever it was, she was surely long past it now.

No matter how long ago it was when Keone's tempest (a cooler name for a school?) left, they were bound to have encountered other groups of native fish and life that would remember their passing. Ipo was happy at the thought. It seemed to him that he was one step closer to finding about his father than he ever was before.

"Wherever you go, I will follow you. Or at least until I find the information that I am looking for." Ipo grinned broadly and nudged Keone. He felt like he had accomplished something finally. He felt like he had made a friend. He gave a small cheer and did a flip again before he hugged Keone.

"Can you see it? This is the start of our adventure!"
