"Well perhaps next time then," Kakoa said with a smile. He began to think about what he would do with his day. He needed to find a way to break this curse. He had lived with it before because he had no good reason, beyond curiosity, to want to walk on land. Now though, he had all the incentive he needed to look for a solution. He wanted his dreams to become a reality, he wanted to have a life with Alice, if she would have him. His sea green eyes saw her glance at her phone and he knew in his gut that their time was coming to an end.
