Everard never knew how to react to Nexus. The brunette half-smiled at the other man's gesture, and worked very hard to keep his mind closed off. Telepathy made him uncomfortable. He always kept his mind closed. Always. That was about as much as he knew to do with his own abilities, even tough he knew he could do more.
The sword swallower preferred his flames.
He shook his head and walked into the tent. The silverware alone made his stomach grumble. The tall man ambled over to Klaus. He really couldn't deal with the twins right now. They creeped him out, and he needed to work doubly hard to keep his mind from wandering off around them for some reason. "So, what delicacies have you cooked up today, Klaus?" The puppet man seemed a bit off, then again it was hard to tell.
