I cried in the Frozen movie too but only during the first time I saw it. I cried in the part when Elsa sang the beginning part of Let It Go. I just empathized with her, I guess. I didn't cry when their parents died and Anna wanted to be with Elsa. 
I haven't seen an ASPCA commercial.
I cried A LOT when my older sister shared a PETA video on Facebook and I watched it. When my sister heard me crying, she went into my room, felt bad, and said that I shouldn't have watched it. That was traumatic to me, first time I saw and learned how cruel some humans can be to animals.
