I can play either or, though I'm better at playing a male character, not because i prefer it, but because nobody I've roleplayed with in the past would play a male for, at times, really dumb reasons. I can understand if you don't like being make, but how do you "not know how." to play a guy? sorry about the rant by the way,.

but i don't have a preference, i do enjoy playing both.
