I think that's my problem...
I can't enjoy anything that other people like unless it's something deep and meaningful.

That isn't to say I don't like things other people like because other people like them,
Loads of people have introduced me to new music and I've fallen in love with it completely, but these people shared somewhat of the same mindset as me.
