I hope it's ok to post in this thread! I just saw it!!

I drink 96 oz of water a day, in addition to perhaps 8-16 oz of Gatorade. I work outside most of the time so I have to be very careful with my fluid intake! I also take electrolyte pills to avoid getting sick.
