I own a Black Dodge Dakota which I have named Black Betty.
My thoughts are to have license plate cover art with Betty Boop as the character motif. In states such as Arizona, no front license plate is required. This leaves room for the space ordinarily reserved for a license plate for art of various types. My vision is a slightly darker version of Betty Boop adorning this space. "Black Betty" should be against a moonlit desert or perhaps a nighttime city skyline. She would be lying on her side as if posing on the hood of a 1950's classic car. Her outfit black leather with a sheen.

I haven't really thought beyond that. Like props or what she would be lying on. Perhaps you could offer some suggestions.
