Yeah. I was definitely annoyed.
And definitely not the only one annoyed too, since everyone in the whole country was yelling at the government for putting us through all that that day. Especially the parents, since they had to rush through wind and rain to get their kids to school, rush through more wind and rain to get to work, only to be told that they didn't have to work nor the kids go to class that day, and have to rush back into the wind and rain to pick up their kids again.
