Lily took the proffered helmet with a bit of reluctance; putting it on meant accepting this stranger's help and even though she knew she had to, she didn't want to. Stranger danger and all. She adjusted her glasses and hair then slipped the helmet on over her head, feeling absolutely ridiculous.
