At night the thoughts reside
They hold me tight,
Right at my bedside
Trying to convince me I am alright
Yet all these tears
I cannot explain,
Over so many years
All these pains

Why can I not say
What this is?
All night I cry,
So sick of this
All these tears,
Hidden from your ears,

I wish someone
Would just catch me,
Just one time,
So they could see
There's something wrong
And there has been
For so long

I want to wake up
From a night without tears,
After someone's listened up,
For the first time in all my years.


So like yeah I wrote this because I've been extremely sad. I keep randomly bursting into tears, and it's for many different reasons. It's just so overwhelming... But I thought this poem was good and so I decided to share it. Lemme know what you think and if you like it.
