Bio: Todd was just a child when the meteor landed, and killed his parents and baby sister. He has always blamed himself for not being able to save his sister, who was just a tiny baby at the time. From that moment on, he went underground and did his best to survive. He is currently living in a subway system, and has discovered a girl living there as well.

Other: Todd doesn't really remember his parents, so he doesn't know why he has these powers. He is determined to protect this new girl, in a way he could not with his baby sister. He thinks his two different colored eyes may be a key to his heritage and powers.
