I cooked a NY strip steak on the flatiron. It was a little bit salty but only because my salt/pepper rub was a 2:1 ratio. Lol I'm running low on pepper. XD I was going to reheat some mashed potatoes but they were missing from the fridge - so my dad either ate them or took them to work. ^^; So I made spinich. :P
