Ugg . .I don't even want to think about having to move anytime soon . . we were talking about the possibility of needing to sell and get into a smaller/ cheaper house . .but we think we won't need to do that.
Did a quick look last night and there are some houses for sale around us that we cna do - looks like if we want to be comfy 200k is the limit . . .but still don't really have enough equity in this house to try and sell . . . and we're really picky about neighborhood so that keep driving up the price . .I hope we can stay put >.<
