Which is why I went to the ER. If I end up with a massive bill, I'm considering suing them for emotional distress. -.- (not sure how serious I am about this, but its completely cruel and unfair to pull that shit in a building. They live RIGHT NEXT TO a mother with a baby too. She's always having to take the baby outside and walk away from the building to get them to calm down because I think the neighbors frighten the baby)
