The headmaster greeted the small group of students as they entered his office. "Miss Silvern- " He started to speak, keeping his voice calm yet stern. "It has been brought to my attention that a human boy was attacked last night, by a fledgling, and you stopped it from killing him. First, I wanted to thank you.. for bringing him here. I know how hard it must have been for you Amanda. Second, I wanted to inform you that the human is alive, but no longer human. He'd been turned- and I want you to by the one to watch over him and teach him." He spoke, sitting back in his chair a bit as the honor student took a minute to process his words.
